At MP Fitness, our programs are designed to help you reach your max potential, both physically and mentally. Our experienced trainers and coaches will work with you to find you the best plan that fits your goals and needs. These programs are online and coached virtually.
Jump Program
A 3-month jump program split into three phases that’s helped my athletes reach a 3-8inch increase to their vert.
On-Court basketball programs
We have basketball sessions with shooting, dribbling, finishing and passing and a full Combo with all included.
College level basketball program
12 1hr30 online sessions that include dribbling, shooting, bag work, finishing, passing and ball screen reads.
plyo jump program
6 week Plyometrics jump program. You don’t need gym access. Highly recommended for athletes under 16.
